Max Number of Pets: 2
Pet Deposit (One Time): $500 per pet
Pet Monthly Rent Max: $65 per pet
Pet Rent Basis: Per Home

We are a pet-friendly community with a maximum of 2 pets, with $65 monthly pet rent and $500 pet deposit. Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler; Pitt Bull, American Terrier, Akita Inu, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, and Siberian Husky. Any mixtures of the restricted breeds are not approved. The property manager reserves the right to reject certain other breeds at the property management's discretion.
