We are a pet-friendly community with a maximum of 2 pets, with $50 monthly pet rent and $500 pet deposit. Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler; Pitt Bull, American Terrier, Akita Inu, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, and Siberian Husky. Any mixtures of the restricted breeds are not approved. The property manager reserves the right to reject certain other breeds at the property management's discretion. All animals must be up to date with current vaccinations. Please call our leasing office for our complete pet policy.
